UNION CLASSES
TOTAL BODY STRENGTH
Build up big and small muscle strength using a variety of weights. As instructor styles vary, one class may be rep based while another incorporates more compound movements. You can bet that you will get an amazing sweat and be feeling it the next day.
BOXING
Jab, cross, hook, roundhouse, jump rope, plank, squats... and more.
A circuit style format allows you to move through stations that include hanging bags, kicking bags and core strength that will challenge your entire body!
Modifications offered for all fitness levels.
Boxing gloves are required.

ULTIMATE INTERVALS - CIRCUITS
Keep your body guessing with a mix of resistance and explosive moves while incorporating a variety of equipment. You will build strength and cardiovascular endurance within timed intervals of work and rest.
Equipment is cleaned between stations in Circuits classes.
YOGA - SCULPT - VINYASA
There are many options to slow down and lose your shoes!
Whether it be Vinyasa Flow, linking breath to movement, Yogasculpt adding weights and strength to your flow or a slower paced hatha style practice, you will strengthen the core and improve flexibility and mobility. With a few minutes of stillness at the end of each class you will leave feeling Zen.
CYCLE
Our Cycle Studio is a hidden gem in Eagan with smooth riding Keiser M3i bikes, surround sound and mood lighting.
You can track your gears, watts, RPMs, miles and more.
With our motivating instructors and varying training styles we guarantee you will enjoy a highly energized and challenging ride.
