Service Description

Interval training is an excellent way to strengthen muscles and burn fat. We'll keep you guessing in every class by using different equipment while the length of the intervals will also vary. This is a high intensity format with modifications offered and everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace. Various equipment will be used. Challenge yourself and push beyond what you think you can do!
